Fit For a Royal New Year’s Ride

Wearing my navy blue boat neck dress was how I celebrated New Year’s Day one year. Made of wool, it wasn’t enough to keep me warm at all but I just had to go for a January First balloon ride!

Affixed to the front of my dress was a twin pear–cut diamond brooch. Accompanied with my black pillbox fascinator, black silk gloves and heels, and my Mesmerized lip color, I was all ready to go!
