Paris Goddess Flower Luminescence

They (whoever they are!) say that when in Paris, one should only stick to wearing black, camel, and navy. Whoever said that forgot all the beautiful colors of the rainbow and how much fun it is to look like a flower or a lollipop!

Before I dreamed up of this dress, I thought that I should do something I hadn’t done before and push my creativity a little bit. All I knew was that I wanted to look like a goddess…one who does fun stuff and in charge of serious matters like chocolate, beauty, love and magic.

Stitch by stitch, this dress came along and I couldn’t be more proud of what I created. Each petal of my dress was cut to size by hand, then piped and layered, keeping sure that its translucence was retained. As for my flower lapel, it just had to be super oversized to show just how much love I have for life and how much I love love!

As for my makeup, I don’t know if you can tell but I have five different shades of eyeshadow. A violet–slate, deep plum, sunset orange, sunset pink, and sunset yellow. On my cheeks is sunset peach blush and on my lips are a color that I always wear called Peach Pie Kiss.

Along with my diamond bracelets, I wore my dress to a grand opening and for sure, I felt like a shiny candy goddess in the sky. It is probably my favorite fashion garment that I’ve created so far, and I hope you love it, too!
